Privacy Policy

SalesSite respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how SalesSite collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit salessite.com, contact us, use our services, or interact with SalesSite-managed systems and integrations.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company information, website information, appointment details, messages, and other information you choose to submit through forms, calendars, email, phone, text messaging, chat, or client communications.

We may also collect or receive limited technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, cookies, analytics data, and log information, where those tools are in use.

How We Use Information

SalesSite uses information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve services, schedule appointments, manage client relationships, provide support, administer websites and systems, analyze performance, protect the security of our services, and comply with legal obligations.

Client Data and Authorized Integrations

When providing services to a client, SalesSite may process information made available through authorized client systems, including websites, CRM platforms, advertising accounts, analytics platforms, calendars, communications tools, and other integrations. We use that information only to provide the requested services, support authorized system operations, and improve the relevant client engagement.

Google API and Google Ads Data

The SalesSite SEO Agent Team may use Google OAuth and the Google Ads API to access authorized Google Ads account data for campaign audits, diagnostics, reporting, search-term analysis, optimization planning, and related agency operations. The current system is read-only by default and does not make changes to Google Ads campaigns, budgets, ads, keywords, billing, accounts, websites, or other connected systems unless a separate workflow is enabled and expressly authorized.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the functionality described above. SalesSite does not sell, rent, or use Google user data for serving advertisements, retargeting, or interest-based advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the authorized service, with the relevant client’s authorization, to comply with law, or to protect the rights, security, and integrity of SalesSite, our clients, and users.

An authorized user may revoke SalesSite’s access to Google data through their Google Account security settings. Clients and authorized users may also contact SalesSite to request deletion of data held by SalesSite, subject to legitimate business, security, contractual, and legal retention requirements.

How We Share Information

SalesSite does not sell personal information. We may share information with authorized personnel, clients, and service providers that help us operate our business or provide requested services, such as hosting, website, CRM, communications, analytics, payment, and technology providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand website activity, measure marketing performance, and improve user experience. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect certain site features.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and client records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect our systems. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and relationship with SalesSite, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or by contacting us. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
